1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how LOVE ORANGE INTERNATIONAL COMPANY LIMITED, trading as Orange Fashion (“we”, “us”), collects and uses personal data through www.oorangee.com. We are a company incorporated in Hong Kong and handle personal data in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486). Contact: service@oorangee.com.
2. What we collect
- Partner applications: your business name, operating markets, expected purchasing volume and the contact details you give us.
- Trade accounts: your name, email address and login details.
- Orders: billing and delivery details, order history, invoices and shipping records.
- Payments: card payments are processed by our payment processors. We receive confirmation of the payment and limited card information, such as the card type and last four digits, but never your full card number.
- Communications: emails and messages you send us.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, recorded in server logs, and the cookies described below.
3. How we use it
- To review partner applications and manage trade accounts.
- To process orders, payments and deliveries.
- To prevent fraud and to respond to payment disputes.
- To send service emails about your application, account and orders.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell personal data. We send marketing emails only if you ask to receive them, and you can stop them at any time.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal data only as needed with service providers acting for us: website hosting and content delivery (Kinsta, with servers in Singapore, and Cloudflare), email delivery (Alibaba Cloud), our card payment processors, couriers and customs brokers, and our professional advisers. We also disclose data when required by law or by a competent authority.
5. International transfers
Because our suppliers, service providers and carriers operate in several countries, your data may be processed outside Hong Kong, for example in Singapore and the European Union. We take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected.
6. How long we keep it
We keep account data while your trade account is active and for up to 2 years after it is closed. Transaction records are kept for 7 years to meet Hong Kong tax and accounting requirements. Applications that are not approved are deleted within 12 months.
7. Cookies
We use only cookies that the Site needs to work, such as those that keep you logged in, remember your cart and protect the Site. We do not use advertising cookies.
8. Security
The Site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. Card data is handled by payment processors that comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
9. Your rights
You may ask to access or correct the personal data we hold about you, stop receiving marketing emails, or ask us to delete your account, subject to the records we must keep by law. Send your request to service@oorangee.com; we respond within 40 days.

We may update this Privacy Policy; the current version is always published on this page.

2. 我們收集的資料
- 分銷商申請：您的企業名稱、主營市場、預計採購體量，以及您提供的聯絡資料。
- 同業帳戶：您的姓名、電郵地址及登入資料。
- 訂單：帳單及收貨資料、訂單記錄、發票及運送記錄。
- 付款：信用卡付款由我們的支付機構處理。我們只會收到付款確認及有限的卡資料（例如卡類別及最後四位數字），絕不會收到您的完整卡號。
- 通訊：您發給我們的電郵及訊息。
- 技術資料：伺服器日誌記錄的 IP 位址、瀏覽器類型及瀏覽頁面，以及下文所述的 Cookie。
3. 資料用途
- 審核分銷商申請及管理同業帳戶。
- 處理訂單、付款及送貨。
- 防範欺詐及回應付款爭議。
- 發送與您的申請、帳戶及訂單有關的服務電郵。
- 履行我們的法律、稅務及會計責任。
我們不會出售個人資料。只有在您要求接收時，我們才會發送推廣電郵，您可隨時停止接收。
4. 資料分享
我們只會在有需要時，與代表我們提供服務的機構分享個人資料：網站寄存及內容傳遞（Kinsta，伺服器位於新加坡；以及 Cloudflare）、電郵發送（阿里雲）、信用卡支付機構、速遞及報關公司，以及我們的專業顧問。如法律或主管機關要求，我們亦會披露資料。
5. 跨境轉移
由於我們的供應商、服務機構及承運商在多個國家營運，您的資料可能會在香港以外的地方處理，例如新加坡及歐盟。我們會採取合理措施，確保資料繼續受到保護。
6. 保存期限
同業帳戶有效期間，以及帳戶關閉後最長 2 年內，我們會保存帳戶資料。交易記錄會按香港稅務及會計規定保存 7 年。未獲批准的申請會於 12 個月內刪除。
7. Cookie
我們只使用網站運作所需的 Cookie，例如保持登入狀態、記住購物車及保護網站的 Cookie。我們不使用廣告 Cookie。
8. 安全
本網站使用加密連線（HTTPS）及存取控制。信用卡資料由符合支付卡行業資料安全標準（PCI DSS）的支付機構處理。
